Returns & Cancellations

Returns or Replacement

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and so we offer a no quibble returns policy within 28 days of you receiving your order as long as you return the entire ordered quantity of the item in a saleable condition. In the event that your order is delivered in multiple shipments then you may return any item on the order so long as the item is returned in full, in saleable condition and is returned within 28 days of the day on which the last of the lots or pieces are received. 

Please understand that we can only accept returns if you are able to return the full quantity we supplied. Unfortunately, if you find that you have bought too much of an item for your project we cannot accept back any excess quantity.

Please do not return items unless you have first received an email from DCN Crafts confirming that we are able to accept the return. If possible include a copy of this email with your return. DCN Crafts reserves the right to reject any return or request for refund unless you have received such an email prior to returning the goods.

 We do want you to be aware that special conditions apply to Digital Patterns which are normally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Fabrics that are cut to length for an order, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or not as described. We consider these products to have been made to order and are exempt from distance selling regulations.

If you need to return an item, please email customer.services@wisebadger.com with your request and we will confirm that your return is authorised. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We recommend that the items being returned are sent by recorded delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning them. 

By sending them by recorded delivery it means that in the event that we do not receive them you have proof of delivery and can recover your costs from the courier or post office.

This policy is in addition to any statutory rights that apply.

Please include a brief description of why you are returning the items, whether you want a refund or replacement, your name and address, and our order number.

 Cancellation

If after placing your order you decide that you want to cancel we may be able to cancel it right away if we haven't already dispatched it.  

Please email customer.services@dcncrafts.com detailing our order number and requesting a cancellation. If we can cancel it, you will receive an email as confirmation.

 If we have already dispatched it, then you will need to follow our normal returns procedure described above.

Refund

Where a refund is due you should expect to receive your refund as soon as we can. 

For cancellations we aim to return your payment the same day we cancel the order.  Please note that cancellation is not possible once the items have been dispatched (as outlined above).

For returned items we aim to refund your payment the same day we complete the check that the item has been returned in full and is in saleable condition.

Refunds are normally made electronically directly to the credit or debit card used for the purchase.  These refunds are usually immediate, but some banks or card providers are slower to handle the return.  If you have any concerns over the refund, please feel free to contact us.
